This is a still life I set up after breakfast one morning. I was going to leave out the tablecloth design then decided I liked the way it draped down. It measures 11 x 15.
Shells in Crystal Bowl
This was an accidental set up. While arranging a still life of something else I looked down and saw these shells carelessly thrown into this bowl. I decided to paint this picture instead of my original idea. It measures 14 x 11 inches.

I took this photo from the upstairs window of our farmhouse in New England. It measures 20 x 22.
Lily
I love this monochromatic lily. I photographed it while the shadows were strong. It measures 14 x 11 inches
Leaves
Anyone from New England knows the endless beauty of the Fall leaves. I took a photo of these because I liked the shadows falling across the leaves. It measures 6 x 9.
Lady in Red
I set this up to depict an old-fashioned lady preparing for a night out. It measures 13.5 x 21.5.
Clouds
This was painted from a photo I took from my backyard. The challenge was to move from blue to yellow without making green. It measures 11 x 29 inches.
Bowl and Barkcloth
The texture of this cloth intrigued me so I set a similarly patterned bowl in front of it and began to work. It measures 10 x 11.
Hand Quilted
I have been making quilts since I was a teenager, and they often appear in my artwork. This measures 11 x 14 inches
Balcony Paradise
This was worked from a photo I took at a botanical garden in Florida. It measures 11 x 16.
Aloe
This is from a photo I took in Sedona Arizona. The red rocks turn the greenery there a particular teal green and it is so lovely. It measures 8.5 x 8.5.
Fan and Lace
I was interested in rendering the lace in this set up. It is a corner of my guest room so photography was easy. Then I just worked from each individual item. It measures 24 x 9 inches.
Lilypads
This is from photos I took in Maine. The challenge was to create the reflections. The tree creates a good lead in and makes the picture more interesting. It measures 11 x 14 inches
